For large items shipped by freight truck, you may have a choice of shipment options. Standard shipping includes self service truck delivery, where items must removed from the freight truck yourself.
Some heaver items may include Self Service with Liftgate, if specified on the product page and on your order receipt.
A freight carrier brings the shipment to your home or business. The freight carrier will call you to schedule the delivery. You’ll be responsible for removing the package off the truck yourself. You may want to arrange for friends and family to help with heavier items.

You can also arrange for Liftgate Service with Self Service Truck Delivery. The Liftgate Service will bring the item to ground level.
You can also upgrade to Front Door Delivery. If you have an accessible garage, the driver will leave the item in the garage. If you do not have a garage accessible, the driver will leave the item inside your house through your front door, provided the front door is accessible on the ground floor. If you live in an apartment building or you have any stairs, please contact us if you would like delivery to your unit. Item will be left in its original packaging.
Inside Delivery & Packaging Removal includes delivery to a room inside your home. Your item can be brought up two flights of stairs (a flight is 4 to 15 steps) or through an elevator. Packaging will be removed and disposed of. Assembly is not included.
Inside Delivery & Packaging Removal typically requires 1 to 2 weeks transit time, due to the specialized nature of the service providers. In addition, transit time may be longer to more remote locations.

Please be sure to inspect the product upon delivery. Items damaged in transit must be noted "Damaged" on the Shipping Receipt, in order to file for freight damages or have a replacement items sent to you.
